Abigail was passionate and understanding of patients on our floor, even though she had never been pulled to Behavioral Health. She understood our patient's behavior and used the appropriate interventions. The patient was reluctant to take his meds and she came to his bedside called him by name and explained the importance of his taking his meds. He took them with no problem. I have been pulled too and she served as a mentor to me. Always letting me know if there was anything she could do to help, just let her know. Always in a cheerful mood.
