My wife was transferred from Aurora Oshkosh on life support. It was a very stressful time for me and my family. I watched all night long as William cared for my wife. Every time William did anything for her, he would explain what and why so we knew and understood.
I know my wife was in very good hands with William. He also made sure if there was anything I needed or wanted, it was taken care of. William genuinely cares about the patients and it shows. Thank you so much for having nurses like this on staff at this hospital.
