I am a parent of a preemie who’s been in NICU for 79 days as of today. Since her birth date, Sue has been providing constantly warm and professional care for us. We were lucky to have her with us during some of my baby’s most tough days, such as surgery day, picc line insertion, etc. She has been helping us through each day by keeping my baby sound and happy, explaining to me my baby’s situation, keeping me comfortable, calm and most importantly optimistic, which is not an easy job. Furthermore, she gave me all the opportunities to do parent’s duties for my baby as much as allowed. I remember on my baby’s surgery day, Sue kept reminding me to rest and eat and pump and hugged me just as my family would do.
