My husband and I are first time parents and went to Labor & Delivery to be induced. We are military and have no friends or family in town. Sandy made us feel so comfortable. She quickly recognized that we asked a lot of questions and started explaining everything to us and why things were being done and how it worked. This meant a lot to us.
Sandy was very sweet and helpful during the long stressful process. Things did not go as expected and there were some scary moments. She made us feel comfortable that they would take care of our baby and us. We stayed in the hospital for a total of 5 days. She came in to check on us after her few days off and met our baby. It made us happy to see her and for her to meet our baby. It is very obvious she knows what she is doing and does it well. Sandy is passionate, truly enjoys her job and taking care of moms and babies, and that makes all the difference!
