Sandy is calm, confident, reassuring and professional. She has plenty of smiles and warmth and yet is not all “fluff”. This nurse knows what she is doing. She was very helpful, very educated, and very thorough in her exams. She stayed on top of all aspects of my care and my overall well being. If I were to have problems, Sandy is the one I would want to respond. She is most deserving of this award!
