Robert Schwartz is an excellent nurse. Bob nurtures his peers and the patients he cares for by providing a helping, trusting, and caring environment. Bob’s excellence is best explained by a letter that was sent to San Jose Kaiser on his behalf. The patient’s letter stated,

Bob, my nurse, has given me so much care in all areas of my hospital stay and I would like for him to receive some form of recognition of a job well done. Not only is he a true professional as a nurse, caregiver, and a hospital representative, he gives of himself to his patients. This man has made my stay here for back surgery and rehabilitation one of extreme pleasure and joy. Bob is one I would look at if I were looking for someone to mentor or lead others the right way.
