Nicole is helpful, honest, kind, compassionate, generous and understanding. She took care of my grandfather for a few days and completely exceeded my family's expectations. She made sure to explain things to us and offer to assist us with anything we needed. She made sure my grandfather was comfortable and treated him like a proper human being. She consoled us and made us feel welcome and never made us feel like we were a burden. Nicole put herself in our shoes as well as our grandfather's and provided him with excellent care. It spoke volumes and was so nice to see that she really loves what she does.
