Mo provided excellent nursing care and kindness and understanding for my mother who has dementia and was upset not really knowing where she was or what was happening to her.

She also comforted my father who is my mother's caregiver but was totally lost without her. My father is 91 and they have been married for more than 64 years. They continue to hold hands while watching TV. She also wheeled my father to his car when he was leaving as his COPD doesn't allow for long distance walking.

I am an only child and live 1000 miles away. I'm sure she was very busy but she never sounded rushed or frustrated when I called for information and repeatedly told me to call anytime. As a nurse myself, I know what I think a nurse should be. In this era of advanced science and electronics, it is often difficult to include the human factor which in my opinion is every bit as important as medicines and tests. Mo is the essence of what a nurse should be. She cared for my mother as if she was her own and extended that feeling to my father and me. We are blessed to have her as a nurse.
