Ligia Pinzariu was one of the first people I interacted with when they brought me back to the room after the initial intake. I know I said thank you to her, but I don't think I was able to express to her how much she really helped me.

I had some internal bleeding, and was in so much pain when they tried to lay me flat. She came in and held my hand and talked me through the pain. At one point the thought did run through my head, thinking I don't want to die. And it's like she knew what I was thinking, because she reassured me not to worry that they would take really good care of me, and she just needed me to take deep breaths. I didn't get the chance to tell her that she was my angel and I really felt that she cared.

I really do want to thank her again and let her know how much I appreciated her help and her kindness. I know for the doctors and nurses, most of the time the pain and the issues are not life threatening, but in my mind, it could have been because I had no idea what the problem could possibly be. I only knew the excruciating pain that I was experiencing. She made all those fears go away, and I really felt cared for. She is a super nurse, and I really want her to be acknowledged.
