I met Laneta in the hall and asked for directions to M's room. She was very pleasant and informative. She came to his room and I was so pleased to know that she was his nurse. She has been professional, pleasant and has a lovely disposition. I give her an approval rating of 100%.

I have been here for many visits for appointments and admitted for different illnesses. Laneta is firm, direct and consistently at my door to see if I am OK. I don't have to call for my meds or anything, she is always right on time.
