Kristin is an exemplary nurse who provided outstanding care to my husband after surviving a massive heart attack at only 36 years old.
During our stay in the NCICU, she used critical thinking; urging the progression of care while constantly educating me, my husband and several nursing orientees. She exudes empathy and compassion, drawing from personal experience in a professional manner.
As an ICU nurse myself, I know first-hand how hard it is to balance the needs of the patient and the needs of the family. Kristin has found this balance in a most graceful manner.
