Karla is an angel on earth: caring, compassionate, competent, has integrity, upholds the Mission of the hospital, is professional and accountable, and communicates with her teammates. She just made the hardest of our times easier. When they say, "You are wealthy when you have something money cannot buy", we will be very wealthy when Karla takes care of our family. "Strong words and not raise your voice" best describes Karla Ong. She is FAB (fabulous)!

Karla comes in the unit presenting herself 100% with willingness to take over yet another challenging evening. In the midst of caring for our family member, transferring one other patient and admitting another, Karla made sure her time and concentration was clearly prioritized. Karla made our family a "living advertisement" for Glendale Adventist. She is amazing!
