I felt every staff member was good, but Jonelle stood out above the others. Jonelle really took the time to explain things and put us at ease regarding our baby's heart issues. Jonelle also took extra time helping with getting the baby to nurse. We praise and thank Jonelle.

Jonelle was the delivery room nurse who provided care for the baby. She exhibited love and concern not only for the baby but for the mom as well. We were fortunate to have her provide care for mom and baby for hours after the birth. The advice given by her confidence exhibited put all of us at ease to start our new journey with baby on the right path.
