“When I first arrived at 4 Center Jodi Luginbuhl was assigned to me as my RN. Her immediate attention to my comfort and needs was a welcome and reassuring sign that I would be well taken care of. Not only did she look after everything I needed to remain comfortable but she also took very good care of my wife who stayed with me every night. Jodi is a true professional taking all the necessary readings making sure that all my vitals were recorded properly. Her knowledge and advice was very professional and she explained every process and procedure in a way that I could understand. Her positive energy and bright and cheerful smile really shined through the room. She really helped me to a healthy and speedy recovery.”

“My wife endured very extensive abdominal surgery resulting and a very long and painful recovery. Each day we waited until 3:30 for Jodi to appear and when she did, it made our day! Exceptional care, caring and attitude.”

“Everyone is so good, yet Jodi is different; while they all changed the dressing, she made sure that the drains are doing the work; those who go to the other side of the wing give me a polite look, yet she cheers up for me as if I were her grandfather. I want to thank everyone, especially Jodi, for her gentle care during my recovery. Everyone is excellent, yet she will not leave until she knows I'm comfortable. Of course I know she wants me to "get out of here".”

“I was a temporary hospital resident when I met Jodi and she explained how to clear out my drainage tube, which significantly contributed to a successful recovery. After that she always had a kind word when passing me in the hall even when I was not on her roster of patients. I appreciated the kind word, even when not being on her roster! She carries an air of complete confidence and reliability, which for those of us in strange and unchartered surgical territories is a welcome sight. Thank you!”
