Jessica Spragg, RN was nominated for the DAISY Award by a frustrated daughter of a patient.
Jessica was wonderful with my mom, who was transferred here by mistake from the nursing home. She has been in 4 different hospitals in the last 6 months and we are very pleased with all the staff. Jessica is very personable and gave us a very good first impression of UPMC Passavant.
