I was a patient in Room 322 from January 3rd through January 5th 2014. I composed this letter over a period of four days. I hope it is worthy of the attention it deserves.

Everyone at San Martin was gracious, helpful and professional in every aspect. Together, they set the Platinum Standards for perfection in healthcare in every detail.

I am delighted to direct your attention to one remarkably uncommon individual, uniquely distinguished by her exceptional and extraordinary capacities. Her name is Jenny, and she was my nurse who watched closely over my care during my stay in your hospital. She continuously exhibited the highest standards of the nursing discipline. Her presence projected a high degree of experienced professionalism, a capacity to handle any situation, and complete confidence in her skills and craft, while conveying an intense empathy and a genuine personal concern for my well being that I could actually feel.

From a professional perspective, Jenny has found her life's passion in nursing. From a corporate perspective, Madison Avenue could not produce a better PR campaign. From a global perspective, Jenny is a ray of hope in a world filled with chaos, hate and violence. From a personal perspective, Jenny is the rarified personification of the very best of humanity.

If I make it to Heaven, I will stop by the "Reserved Seating" area, because I know there is a chair with Jenny's name on it.
