Upon my arrival from the Emergency Room I was assigned to a physician with whom I had an immediate conflict with due to the way he had handled some sensitive information, which I felt was a violation of HIPPA. Davi was my nurse, and I advised him I wished to leave the hospital AMA. Due to my health problem this would have been a poor decision. Instead of just dismissing me, Davi sat down and took the time to truly find out what my issue was and helped me resolve it. On top of that he has provided compassionate, excellent care to me as well as my family. I have been very anxious about my condition and he has been there every step of the way, providing education as well as compassion. I not only consider Davi my nurse, but also my friend.

I was rushed to the hospital for an unknown heart condition. Davi has been taking care of me the majority of the time and has been extremely responsive to my needs. Davi goes above and beyond his duties making sure I'm comfortable and happy and does it all with a smile.

My dad was in the hospital with Atrial fibrillation. Davi took excellent care of my dad during his stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my dad understood everything that was happening and what the physician had planned for his care. I felt very comfortable leaving my dad in Davi's care because I knew that my dad would be taken care of and would understand what was happening.

Davi made his appearance on a regular basis and was very thorough. He never cuts corners, not once, even sometimes when I wanted him to! Davi explained every procedure so my wife and I could understand what was happening. He made our stay at Trinity Mother Frances as comfortable as he could.

Davi has a wonderful personality. Davi is caring, concerned, dedicated, and explains anything you do not know or understand. He makes you smile and can put you in a good mood - by picking, joking or whatever. He checked on me on a regular basis and although it may be a small thing to anyone else, he made sure I had fresh ice throughout his entire shift. I eat ice 24 / 7 to keep my mouth and throat wet and because it helps me breathe easier. He made sure I had ice and a drink. Davi is a very nice person. My husband was very impressed with him also.

Davi was on shift the day before my mother was discharged. Davi was thorough, carefully explaining what to expect, and why he was being so cautious. Although she was extremely disappointed in not getting to go home earlier, she understood, thanks to Davi. I appreciate the time he took with her so she would feel comfortable in the change of plans. Many thanks to Davi and all those who assisted in my mother's care.
