Jay is so efficient and always has a super pleasant attitude no matter what is going on around him. One parent that does not speak English said that they love it when Jay is their nurse for the day. He is without a doubt an example to us all of "Service Excellence". He is the next generation of nurses... and I feel great knowing that!
