I am the pharmacy manager at Vons Pharmacy and I work with Janet Jarvis on a daily basis. Together we often have to go out of our ways to take care of our patients and their special needs. Janet goes well beyond what is expected of her to make sure that each patient has his or her needs met. Whenever I call her with a question or a concern she is quick to find out the answer or solution and respond to it. She is the most efficient nurse I have ever worked with in my 16 years of experience. When a medication requires a prior authorization, Janet will go out of her way to get the medication approved so the patient never has to go without. Janet shows compassion for her patients on a daily basis. If their medication is too expensive she will ask me to help her find a solution, as she feels genuinely bad for their situation. Janet cares personally for each and every patient she sees in a day. Nobody is more or less important than the next, they are all very important to her. I have also had experience with Janet as I am a patient at the clinic too. And as my nurse, Janet has always given me her complete attention to my needs and shows genuine compassion for whatever is ailing me. I really enjoy working with Janet in a professional manner and enjoy seeing her when I go to the office.
