1. My mom was at Presbyterian Hospital for ten days and saw over 10 nurses, and none were nearly a thorough, pleasant, and patient at Ingrid. We really appreciate her bedside manner and knowledge at this extremely difficult time. Thank you, Ingrid, for all your help and attentiveness!

2. My mom had cooling done, and Ingrid was so helpful and kind to my momma and our family. We were very anxious and she took time (as we didn’t want to bother her) to come out and talk to us and let us know how she was doing. She made sure that my mom was comfortable and that we were as well. She helped my family and I felt comfort in a very stressful time.

Input from Ingrid’s Head Nurse (Arous):
Ingrid joined GAMC in 1993 as an RT with supervisor responsibilities. In 2007, she received her RN and joined the Critical Care team as a new graduate. She has been with us since then, remaining current in both her RN and RT licensures. Ingrid is additionally an ACLS and BLS instructor. She works primarily in SICU, though assists other departments during her extra shift schedule in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Cath Lab. Ingrid is flexible as a team player, preceptor and caring RN.
