Holly was awesome. She was so considerate, kind and caring. I was very frightened and she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable with the plan of care. She talked me through my medications and the plan of care and I was reassured. She did her best to make sure that my pain was in control as best as possible. When Holly was ready to leave she asked me, "Is there anything else I can get for you?" This is so impressive as I have not been asked that in all my hospital stays before but Holly meant it.
