Heather is a team lead and unit coordinator for the TCU. This unit is fairly new and already operating at a maximum. Heather has been honored for her expertise in pulling the team together and making them feel a part of something bigger than the work ahead. Heather facilitates classes to teach the nurses how to compassionately communicate with each other and their patients. Heather also participates in the Shared Governance program and coordinated unit celebration events. She is fun and brings excitement to the professional growth of her peers. We really enjoy having her as a phenomenal team lead at Memorial Hermann Southwest.
