Erika was super to us. She not only provided personal and attentive support to my dad; but she helped to orchestrate solutions when there were a few communication snafus regarding biopsy results and decisions regarding treatment. We so appreciate all the staff here, but Erika went above and beyond the call of duty.

Erika is exceptional because of her experience, knowledge of medicine and sense of humor and patience. She was always friendly and made me feel important.

I just wanted to write you a quick note to tell you how much I appreciated one of your nurses yesterday. Her name was Erika and she was caring for the patient in room ---. This patient came in through the ER and needed a stat ----. It took a lot of hard work and diligence throughout the day, to get this done. Without her hard work this patient would not have been able to undergo the procedure, delaying critical results over the weekend.

I know she was super busy with her other patients and I'm not even sure she got lunch, but you would never know it as she kept such a positive and helpful attitude, always taking the time to call me with updates, which is beyond helpful.
