Dear Eileen,

The amount of words that I am writing is nothing compared to all you did for me and Leo while he was in the hospital, especially on the very Holy Shabbos, September 1, 2012. He was in the hospital so often and you always showed how very concerned you were by stopping by his room plus speaking to me while I was walking the floors. I was hoping and praying that this time would be like the other times; he always got better, but not this time. I thank you for preparing me to make the right and final decision at the end. I hope to never have to make such a decision again in my lifetime.

You sat by me with patience and may God Bless you greatly for the good deed. We know how he must have suffered, not being able to eat or talk. We know he was cleansed before leaving us in this world.

Even when you were his nurse, you showed so much caring, which I know made Leo happy. You did beyond what you had to do for him. I remember there was one day that he was really sick and I had to ask you to keep on coming back to his room. Every time you came back you did it as if he were a family member, and when you spoke regarding his future, it was also as a family member.

Please always remember what you did for us and that it was greatly appreciated.
