Claudia is a reliable and hardworking individual. I trust her judgement with patients and I can count on her to get the job done. Claudia is very professional and kind with patients. She truly lives the Patient and Family Centered Care model.
Claudia, known affectionately to her friends as "Claud the Broad", has been a long-time RN and Charge Nurse at the County. She started in the ED where her energy, smile and laugh was infectious and her critical thinking skills top-notch. Later on, Claudia joined the Urgent Care family where she has continued her hard work ethic.
When one first meets Claudia, they quickly notice her direct, no-nonsense (and sometimes boisterous) communication style. She is the consummate patient advocate and her patients smile when they meet her. Because of her ED experience, she has seen and done most everything so not much seems to rattle her. Claudia's positive attitude, resiliency during change, support to co-workers, Urgent Care leadership, and joy in what she does makes her an ideal co-worker, employee, and friend.
