Candice Ringberg demonstrates the following attributes; Pride in her profession, Personal compassion, Professionalism. Her bedside manner and compassion sets a standard for others to follow. Her personal connection with me goes beyond any standard this facility could set forth. I have found in many conversations with her co-nurse/team mates that she is top notch and have not found any opinion that differs. That in itself says something. Candice projects a feeling that this is not her job, but her life.
