Letter 1:
My husband Danny was in this hospital with double pneumonia. Of all the nurses, Bridget was by far the most helpful in every way. She took extra time to explain and answer all our millions of questions. She suggested heat packs and different methods of coping with pain. She will be in our hearts forever.

One week after my husband was released; I got sick coughing up blood and had an O2 intake of 64%. I have double pneumonia. We were both told our cat scan looked to be lung cancer. After the broncoscopy it was determined we did not have cancer but the days between biopsy and results were the most devastating for our family.

Bridget kept constant watch to attend to every need even offering many forms of help to our family and friends who poured into our rooms day and night. She was always cheerful, helpful and took extra time to comfort and reassure and explain meds and treatment.

When other medical staff was giving breathing treatments, x-raying, drawing blood, injecting, etc., she offered assistance. It was obvious to us she has the respect and admiration of all the other medical teams. Bridget Sample should be a role model for all nurses everywhere.

Give her a big fat raise ---- I hope to have a new friend for life!

Letter 2:
Bridget was very concerned with making me comfortable and doing her best to make sure I was getting everything I needed to get well and healed. She was very compassionate and professional.

Bridget is definitely an outstanding nurse and A plus to your outfit at this hospital.
Thanks for having Bridget take care of me!

Letter 3:
She came as soon as I called. Others you have to wait 20 minutes. She always has a smile on her face. She actually has concern about her patients. In closing I will just say she made my stay easier.
