Beth is an exceptional nurse who has been a part of the PIMCU team for the past 14 years. Beth is such a kind and caring person, who always puts her patients, families, and co-workers needs above her own. She voluntarily works every other weekend, and plans food parties for the staff with fun themes.

She has recently taken on the role of practice representative on our unit's integrated council. She has done a fantastic job distributing information regarding changes in policy and practice. Her bulletin board is updated monthly with helpful tips and tricks.

Beth's patients and families love her! She treats her patients as though they were her own children. She takes the time to not only care for her patients, but get to know them and play with them so for a short time they can forget they are in the hospital. Beth is a very caring and compassionate nurse who very much deserves this recognition!
