Becky is recognized by peers, charge nurses and management alike for her caring, work ethic and willingness to go out of her way to help others. She exemplifies the Resource Team virtues of flexibility, independence, and self-direction. Becky started on the team as a new grad in 2010. She has since oriented to 15 units including the ED and Transport RN role, and she fills the role of Charge RN on the Aux Unit. Becky recently earned her Med-Surg Certification as a CMSRN and is a member of the Resource Team Unit Practice Council. She is a great clinician and informal bedside leader.
Becky has been recognized multiple times for her helpfulness in the Transport and Charge RN roles. She is our go-to preceptor when training nurses new to the team. One RN said, "She was like an angel who appeared in the morning at just the busiest time and willingly and positively interacted with all the patients" while serving as Transport RN.

She is flexible and very dependable. Becky is so kind to all those she cares for and their families. She is a wonderful co-worker and always helps her team members.
