Martine Sanchez has worked at SJH on the orthopedic unit since 2004. She is currently a unit shift charge nurse. She is involved with several committees and can be counted on to advocate for both patients & staff. She continually looks for ways to improve workflow and create a common sense approach to care.
Martine is extremely customer service oriented. She anticipates the needs of her patients and is a true advocate for her patients. She is always obtaining the orders she needs to provide great care. It is her relationships with providers that ensure she is able to meet patient expectations. Martine also involves patients in taking an active role in their own care. She encourages as well as educates them so they have confidence.
