When my mother arrived in the Emergency Department, I was not contacted right away. Allison was a nurse who came in that morning and made sure I was contacted ASAP. This gave me time to spend with my Mom because later that afternoon she passed away. Allison is such an amazing nurse. She answered all of my questions and was so compassionate. I really believe Allison was an angel sent to me that day. I am comforted in knowing my Mom was never alone. Even after my Mom was moved to ICU she saw me and asked if there was anything she could do for me and how sorry she was that I was not contacted earlier. Just the look in her eyes made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am so thankful.
