Allison went above and beyond expectation. While facing an especially long day with physical challenges, medical decisions and first-time experiences, we found Allison to be an amazingly compassionate health care professional. She not only performed the necessary tasks of her role, but she immediately honed in on the emotions and needs I had as a first time laboring mother. She explained procedures with great detail, offered excellent advice on coping mechanisms for handling natural labor pains and actively assisted in patient comfort throughout each medical procedure and natural laboring stage.

Alli was a phenomenal nurse when I was delivering. Alli was always there for us whether we needed her or not. She made the delivery process easier and was a great coach throughout. Her personality and demeanor were above and beyond our expectations.

With all the nurses I've had in multiple hospital stays, I've never received such wonderful care as I did from Alli. My stay here has been emotional and tragic and Alli was by my side, comforting me through the entire shift. She was constantly making sure I had everything I needed, answered any and all questions and held my hand when I was scared. She helped me beyond measure, during the most difficult experience of my life. And for that, I cannot thank her enough.
