…Alice was our nurse on our pre-op visit and on the morning of our procedure. She was very caring and compassionate. Our 10-month old daughter was leery of the staff initially, but Alice was so calming and sweet. She made her giggle and allowed the staff to assess her. As a parent Alice was great with me as well. She answered questions and thoroughly explained everything to me. Thank you, Alice, for helping make a stressful experience a pleasant one.
