Alex is an amazing case manager. She guides the patient through the system flawlessly. She knows all the regulations and standards for moving patients to another facility. She stays on top of the enormous amount of work and is delightful to interact with in the process. Alex makes our job so much easier. She brings joy and happiness to our unit as she is always smiling and very kind. I know it is going to be a great day when she is on the unit.
