“Margaret demonstrates a cheerful smile and the desire to walk the extra mile for each of her patients.  She is contagiously cheerful and smiley at all times.  She lets the patient know how important he is to her.  She even helped me by mailing a letter (containing a check to a creditor) for me so I would not be late with a payment.  When she discovered the letter needed a stamp, she took a stamp out of her own wallet and put it on the envelope.  She became a stress reduction agent."
