"While sitting in the waiting room during my father's surgery, I couldn't help but notice this outstanding nurse attending the lady sitting across from me.  Ms. Julie walked in the waiting room and approached this elderly woman who was sobbing all alone during her husband's surgery.  This nurse was already off the clock and did all of this out of the kindness of her heart.  She brought this woman water and sat with her for about 20 minutes.  She reassured this woman that everything was going to be alright.  My family and I were truly impressed!"
