Heidi is pictured here with Ann Evans, Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer I have the great honor of recommending Heidi for this award. I am a Sonographer here at ELMC. I met Heidi while doing a portable ultrasound in ICU. I can always count on her smiling face, upbeat attitude and willingness to help in any way she can. I have had several occasions where I have needed her help for various situations, and every time she in overwhelmingly willing to assist. I have seen her in action in crisis situations, as well as performing the more mundane tasks of a nurse’s job. She is, in my opinion the kind of nurse that exemplifies what this facility is about and the kind of nurse I hope I have if ever needed.
