Cathy is my pick for the “ideal” nurse.  She has a huge knowledge

base and shares it by serving as a resource for her colleagues.  Cathy willingly accepts any assignment.  When she spots a need, she fills it.  She establishes great rapport with her pre-op patients and their families and is able to put them at ease quickly during that stressful time.  She does all this while delivering superior patient care and all with a smile on her face.
