A patient in the ER needed to be transferred to Anderson Mercy to receive blood and refused to be transferred until he was able to see his wife which was a patient on SEW.   Billie took the time to make arrangements for the patient to see his wife and after her shift had ended volunteered her time to accompany the patient to Anderson Mercy so his treatment would not be delayed.­
