Betty Evans, RN, was very watchful even when she was so busy. She paid close attention and noticed when my husband had a change in his mental status. His intolerance to a medication was not included in his medical history that transferred from Central Baptist Hospital. Betty noticed that Lee was losing ground, mentally. Although it was late and past her shift, she called, explained what was going on and asked my permission for a test. Betty helped save him. I am forever grateful. She gave me back my husband.
