“Amy went above and beyond to take care of me. She went out of her way to show me even the littlest things that I needed to know to take care of my premature baby. She listened to my concerns and checked on my baby when I could not. Even after I was no longer on her unit, she continued to check on my son and me. While I was recovering from surgery, she explained what was happening to my husband and family. Even though this was an emergency situation, Amy showed both me and my family a calm strength and encouragement.”
